O karabinek szturmowy wzór 1996 "Beryl", é um fuzil de assalto polonês de 5,56 mm, projetado e produzido pela Fábrica de Armas Łucznik na cidade de Radom.
O fuzil substituiu o FB Tantal de 5,45×39mm usado nas Forças Armadas Polonesas;
Ele também substituiu o estoque de fuzis AKM de 7,62×39mm das Forças Armadas para fins operacionais, embora o uso de reserva e treinamento do AKM ainda continue em um grau limitado.

The karabinek szturmowy wzór 1996 "Beryl", is a Polish 5.56 mm assault rifle, designed and produced by the Łucznik Weapons Factory in the city of Radom.
The rifle replaced the 5.45×39mm FB Tantal used in the Polish Armed Forces;
It also replaced the Armed Forces' stock of 7.62×39mm AKM rifles for operational purposes, although reserve and training use of the AKM still continues to a limited degree.
