Quando eu era pequeno, Flashback FM tornou-se minha primeira introdução à incrível trilha sonora do filme Scarface (1983). Imagine minha surpresa quando cresci e descobri que Giorgio Moroder havia gravado o dobro de singles pop para o álbum original! E todos eles se encaixam suspeitosamente bem na atmosfera de Liberty City.
A versão expandida do Flashback FM adiciona quatro novas músicas à sua estação de rádio favorita, junto com diálogos de DJ, comerciais, easter eggs e referências. Meu objetivo era criar uma estação que se integrasse ao jogo de forma natural e autêntica, imitando o tom do DJ Tony e o senso de humor da Rockstar.
Originalmente, a rádio foi criada para o projeto LC'01, cuja equipe gentilmente forneceu conteúdo cortado da versão beta do GTAIII, que usei como comerciais. Como os diálogos do DJ foram gerados usando IA, e a tecnologia evoluiu muito desde então, a equipe da LC'01 decidiu substituir quase todos os diálogos que criei por novos, feitos com ferramentas mais modernas. Com a permissão deles, estou agora lançando minha versão original.

Instalação:Simplesmente coloque o arquivo FLASH.wav na pasta "audio" em GTAIII, substituindo o arquivo original. Certifique-se de fazer um backup, só por precaução.

When I was little, Flashback FM became my first introduction to the amazing soundtrack of the movie Scarface (1983). Imagine my surprise when I grew up and found out that Giorgio Moroder had recorded twice as many pop singles for the original album! And they all fit suspiciously well into the atmosphere of Liberty City.
The expanded version of Flashback FM adds four new songs to your favorite radio station, along with DJ dialogues, commercials, Easter eggs, and references. I aimed to create a station that blends into the game as naturally and authentically as possible, mimicking the tone of DJ Tony and Rockstar's sense of humor.
Originally, the radio was created for the LC'01 project, whose team kindly provided cut content from the beta version of GTAIII, which I used as commercials. Since the DJ dialogues were generated using AI, and the technology has come a long way since then, the LC'01 team decided to replace almost all of the dialogues I created with new ones, made with more modern tools. With their permission, I am now releasing my original version.
I hope you enjoy the expanded version of Flashback FM as much as I enjoyed creating it. Have fun driving through the worst city in America!
Installation:Simply place the FLASH.wav file into the "audio" folder in GTAIII, replacing the original file. Be sure to make a backup just in case.
