If you don't, you won't be able to enter the game. Next, process the files in this archive and txd.zip (texture maps for buildings).
- Open TXD TOOL, click on the first icon in the bottom right corner in gta3hi.txt, select Uncompressed 32bpp, then click on Select All Images, and click on the check mark. Next, click on Overlay Texture Maps (just overlay the textures).
