Os lugares anteriormente fechados estão agora abertos.
A loja "Howlin' Petes Biker Emporium" na área urbana, a casa vazia ao lado da ponte que leva à Ilha do Camarão e o cordão da escada em Washington Beach podem ser atravessados. Dois dos três pontos no mar no mapa, que são casas de madeira, estão agora abertos.
O modelo tem um total de 1,94 MB (com 11 arquivos dff no total). Para encontrar o modelo de substituição, você precisa abrir a pasta gta3.img sozinho e verificar esses 11 arquivos dff. Você deve preparar o ES File Explorer e o IMG TOOL.
Instalação:
- Abra o ES File Explorer, clique em Armazenamento Interno, depois clique em Android e, em seguida, clique em obb. Quando você vir a pasta com o ícone Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, clique para entrar nela. Renomeie o arquivo dentro e adicione um ".obb" a ele. Em seguida, clique no pacote compactado e extraia gta3.img e gta3.dir (é um arquivo img) da pasta texdb. Depois disso, descompacte o arquivo dff.zip neste pacote compactado do mod (existem arquivos dff dentro).
- Clique em IMG TOOL, abra o arquivo gta3.img na pasta texdb e, em seguida, clique na segunda opção "Add file(s) with replace" entre os três pontos no canto superior direito. Selecione todos os arquivos dff e pronto.

The "Howlin' Petes Biker Emporium" store in the urban area, the empty house beside the bridge leading to the Shrimp Island, and the staircase cordon in Washington Beach can be passed through. Two of the three dots on the sea in the map, which are wooden houses, are now open.
The model is a total of 1.94MB (with 11 dff files in total). To find the replacement model, you need to open the gta3.img folder by yourself and check those 11 dff files. You should prepare the ES File Explorer and IMG TOOL.
Installation:
- Open the ES File Explorer, click on Internal Storage, then click on Android, and then click on obb. When you see the folder with the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City icon, click to enter it. Rename the file inside and add a ".obb" to it. Then click on the compressed package, and extract the gta3.img and gta3.dir (it's an img file) from the texdb folder. After that, unzip the dff.zip file in this mod compressed package (there are dff files inside).
- Click on IMG TOOL, open the gta3.img file in the texdb folder, and then click on the second option "Add file(s) with replace" among the three dots in the upper right corner. Select all the dff files, and then it's done.
