INSTRUÇÕES DE INSTALAÇÃO:
1-Faça uma cópia de backup dos arquivos do seu jogo antes de instalar o mod.
2-Abrir o programa "IMG TOOL" e seguir o caminho:(C, D, E... etc.)\GTA San Andreas\models\gta3.img.
3-No arquivo "gta3.img", encontre "phoenix.dff e phoenix.txd", substitua-os pelos novos arquivos do arquivo.
4-Vá para a pasta data e abra "handling.cfg" com "Notepad" para substituir a linha de manuseio (PHOENIX).

4-Go to the data folder and open "handling.cfg" with "Notepad" to replace the handling line(PHOENIX).
