Este mod permite que você ajuste o dano que CJ e seu veículo recebem durante diferentes situações de jogo.
Você pode tornar o jogo mais fácil ou mais difícil em geral, durante perseguições policiais, guerras de gangues e em qualquer missão específica.

Instruções:
- CLEO+ v1.2.0 ou mais recente necessário
- Coloque a pasta MissionBalancingTool na sua pasta modloader
- Abrir o arquivo .ini e seguir as instruções.

Instructions:
- CLEO+ v1.2.0 or newer required
- Place the folder MissionBalancingTool in your modloader folder
- Open the .ini file and follow the instructions.
