This mod prevents motorbike cops from shooting if CJ is driving and has only 1 wanted level.
Additionally, it will make cops a little less stupid.
But don't expect too much, they are still stupid.
- Bike cops will have a more challenging driving style, don’t permanently fall off their bikes and try to block CJ (rather than shooting on higher wanted levels)
- Bike cops will get off their bikes and try to arrest CJ similar to car cops if he stopped his vehicle or is on foot
- But if CJ tries to escape in this situation (by driving away or getting in to a car), they will shout and aim at him
- If he doesn’t stop doing so, they will shoot in the tire (can be turned off in a config file) and CJ will answer the shouting
- Cops will return to their previous vehicles if CJ escapes or is too far away or loses his wanted level
- If he doesn't have a previous vehicle, the officer can be picked up by a nearby cop vehicle, if available
Known issue: if CJ is chased by many cops, mostly only 1 cop will be affected by the AI improvements because the mod can only fix the nearest one and not all at once.
If you don’t like the AI changes you can turn them off in the .ini
