Este mod tem como objetivo melhorar a textura da placa Brown Starfish Bar & Grill na parede do cassino localizada na Strip, ao lado do prédio Candy Suxx. O principal objetivo desta correção é tornar a textura mais nítida e detalhada, mantendo-se o mais fiel possível ao estilo original do jogo. O mod foi criado como parte do projeto ROSA Evolved , conhecido por sua remasterização de textura HD para GTA San Andreas, com foco em preservar a atmosfera original do jogo.

This mod aims to improve the texture of the Brown Starfish Bar & Grill sign on the casino wall located on the Strip, next to the Candy Suxx building. The primary purpose of this fix is to make the texture sharper and more detailed while staying as true to the original game’s style as possible. The mod is created as part of the ROSA Evolved project, which is known for its HD texture remaster for GTA San Andreas, focused on preserving the original game’s atmosphere.

In the original ROSA Evolved mod, this texture remained blurry and low-quality compared to the other high-resolution textures. This fix ensures it is now sharper and more detailed.
